Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of Fitness Blueprint gym for members who have signed up for direct debit membership. By signing up for a direct debit membership, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not sign up for a direct debit membership with Fitness Blueprint.

Direct Debit Membership
2.1 The direct debit membership has no end date and members must give 30 days notice of cancellation. The membership fee will be automatically debited from your account on the agreed upon date each month until you provide notice of cancellation.

2.2 One-off payments are accepted and are inclusive of all other terms.

Liability
3.1 Members accept liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by their own negligence or deliberate act whilst using the gym facilities.

3.2 Fitness Blueprint will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by third-party negligence or any act of god or natural disaster.

Classes
4.1 As part of the membership, members will receive access to classes.

4.2 Classes must be cancelled 4 hours before the class starts or they are charged.

4.3 Any classes not used in a month are carried over for a period of 30 days.

Nutritional Consultations, Free App, and More
5.1 Members will receive access to nutritional consultations, a free app, and additional benefits as part of their membership.

Membership Termination
6.1 Members can terminate their direct debit membership at any time by providing 30 days notice.

6.2 Fitness Blueprint reserves the right to terminate a direct debit membership in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or any other unacceptable behaviour.

Personal Information
7.1 Fitness Blueprint will keep your personal information private and confidential.

7.2 Personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing you with access to the gym and its facilities.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Fitness Blueprint reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2 Members will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via email.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
